Privacy Policy

Last updated 21 May 2026

Strategy Prompt Ltd ("we", "us"), the company behind Strategy Prompt, takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you visit this website or request access to Strategy Prompt. As the data controller, we are responsible for your personal data.

Who we are

Strategy Prompt is a product of Strategy Prompt Ltd, a private company registered in England & Wales under company number 17235371 and based in London. You can reach us at office@strategy-prompt.com.

What personal data we collect

When you request access or get in touch, we collect:

  • Identity and role — your name and job title.
  • Contact details — your work email address and, optionally, your company website.
  • Company information — your company name, and the approximate revenue band and team size you select.
  • Message content — anything you choose to tell us in the access-request form.
  • Technical data — basic information your browser provides (such as IP address and device type) and limited, privacy-respecting analytics about how the site is used.

We do not collect special-category (sensitive) data, and this site is not directed at children.

How we collect it

We collect this data when you complete the access-request form, email us, or browse the website.

How and why we use it

We only use your personal data where we have a legal basis to do so:

  • To respond to your request and assess whether Strategy Prompt is a fit — to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and for our legitimate interest in evaluating prospective customers.
  • To operate, secure and improve the website — for our legitimate interests.
  • To send you communications you have asked for — on the basis of your consent or our legitimate interest. You can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with trusted service providers who help us run the website and respond to you (for example, hosting and email providers), under contracts that require them to protect it and act only on our instructions. We may disclose data where required by law or regulation. We never sell your personal data.

International transfers

We do not transfer your personal data outside the United Kingdom.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes above. Enquiries that do not become a customer relationship are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to contracts and payments are kept for 6 years after our relationship ends, as required by law.

How we protect it

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures and limit access to those who need it for business purposes, all under confidentiality obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • be provided with a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • ask us to delete your data in certain circumstances;
  • ask us to restrict processing in certain circumstances;
  • request that we transfer your data to you or a third party;
  • withdraw consent where consent is our legal basis;
  • object to direct marketing; and
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interests.

To exercise any of these, email office@strategy-prompt.com. There is no fee, and we will normally respond within one month.

Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
